FEMA-Certified – Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) & Letter of Map Removal (LOMR)
Davidson Engineering is FEMA Certified and has assisted residential communities and commercial properties with obtaining LOMA’s and LOMR’s through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security – Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Both the LOMA and LOMR procedures amend the current NFIP map and remove the subject property from the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA); therefore, the Federal mandatory flood insurance requirement no longer applies.

- Moorings Park located within the City of Naples, on Goodlette Road
